A place to think about your life, your work,
and what you want next.
Most people who come here feel like something in their life is no longer working. What used to motivate them doesn’t anymore.
The goals they were chasing don’t feel as important.
The pace, the pressure, the expectations — something feels off. They don’t always know what they want instead, but they know they can’t keep living the way they have been. This work is for people who are at a crossroads — in their career, their life, or both — and want to figure out what comes next, intentionally.
When we work together, we usually move through a few stages:First, we slow down and take an honest look at where you are — what is working, what isn’t, what is draining you, and what is missing. Then we start to define what you actually want — not what you think you should want, not what looks good on paper, but what matters to you. From there, we figure out what the next step is, and how to start moving toward it in a realistic way. After working together, people usually leave with:
• A clearer idea of what they want
• More confidence in themselves and their decisions
• A plan for what comes next
• Changes already in motion
• A way to navigate future transitions with more clarity and less fear
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years working in tech and startups in the US and Europe, leading teams, building companies, and making difficult decisions under pressure. Over time, I realized that many of the hardest decisions in life aren’t actually business decisions — they’re personal ones: where to live, what kind of work to do, when to leave, when to stay, and what kind of life you want to build. This work is personal to me. I didn’t arrive here through just a textbook — I arrived here through my own life, my own decisions, and my own transitions. I am trained as a coach, but my experience of navigating my own decisions and changes shaped how I work with people just as much as my training did.I also realized how much what was happening in my personal life showed up in my work, and how much my work affected my personal life. You can’t really separate the two. Decisions in one area eventually show up in the other. That’s why today I work with people not just on work decisions or life decisions, but on the bigger picture — the life they are building and the decisions that shape it.
"I worked with Lisette during a period when I was moving to a new country and starting a company. Our sessions were always practical and impactful — I left each conversation with ideas and reframes that changed how I approached things. Her coaching never felt formulaic or platitudinal; it felt grounded in sharp thinking and lived experience. I would recommend Lisette to anyone navigating change or uncertainty."- Daniel Steward
"Before working with Lisette, I struggled to find direction and often felt stuck despite setting goals. Through our sessions, I gained focus, commitment, and clarity on what I actually wanted to achieve. Lisette helped me realize how many answers I already had but had overlooked. I highly recommend working with her to gain clarity and confidence."- Giuseppe de Cesare
"I started working with Lisette after leaving a job that had left me burned out and unsure what I wanted to do next. Through our work together, I gained clarity on my values and vision for the future and was able to set intentional goals toward that vision. It was a difficult process, but Lisette was compassionate, thoughtful, and supportive throughout. For the first time in my life, I feel like I am making intentional steps toward my future."- Glenna Buford
